These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of innermission.live (the "Site") and any services offered by innermission ("we", "us", or "our"). By using the Site or purchasing a service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

Services

We offer digital creative and gaming-related services, which may include graphic design, ranked play assistance and coaching, weapon leveling, camo and achievement help, and similar offerings. Specific deliverables, timelines, and pricing are agreed between you and us before work begins. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or have the consent of a parent or legal guardian, to purchase services. By placing an order you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and that you are authorized to use the payment method.

Payments

Payments are made through Stripe and/or Cash App. Prices are stated before purchase and are due in full unless otherwise agreed. You are responsible for any fees charged by your payment provider. Services typically begin after payment is confirmed.

Gaming services disclaimer

Gaming-related services are provided on a best-effort basis. We do not guarantee specific in-game ranks, outcomes, completion times, or results, as these can depend on factors outside our control, including game updates, matchmaking, and platform rules. You acknowledge that using third-party assistance may carry risks under the terms of service of the relevant game or platform, and you accept those risks. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Activision, Call of Duty, or any game publisher.

Refunds

Because many services are digital and delivered or started promptly, refunds are handled case by case. If work has not yet begun, you may request a refund by contacting us. Once a service is in progress or completed, refunds may be limited or unavailable. We will always try to resolve issues fairly — reach out and we'll work with you.

Intellectual property

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, completed custom graphic design work is owned by you upon full payment. We may display work we create in our portfolio and on social media unless you ask us not to. The Site's design, branding, and content are owned by us or our licensors and may not be copied without permission.

Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the Site, attempt to disrupt it, or use our services for any unlawful purpose. We may suspend access for conduct that we consider abusive, fraudulent, or harmful.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to the Site or our services is limited to the amount you paid for the service in question. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including any account penalties or bans imposed by a game or platform.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes take effect when posted on this page, and the "Last updated" date will be revised accordingly. Continued use of the Site means you accept the updated Terms.
